Our platform, AirHug, is intended for adults only. All users must adhere to this Child Safety Policy. Violations will result in account termination and, in accordance with legal requirements, may be reported to law enforcement authorities. We are dedicated to fostering a safe, healthy, and orderly social environment.

I. Age Verification and Prevention Measures

1. Registration Gate: During the registration process, we implement verification systems to ensure all users are over 18 years of age before gaining access to the application.

2. Manual Review: Registration attempts suspected of belonging to minors will trigger a manual review. This process may include a telephone interview to verify the applicant's identity by asking common knowledge questions related to adult life and work, such as professional workflows or tax policies.

3. Account Audits: We conduct periodic reviews of user accounts to ensure ongoing compliance with our age policy. If any discrepancies are found or there are signs of use by a minor, the account will be suspended pending a thorough investigation.

II. Prohibited Activities

1. Sexual Content and Nudity:

   • The publication of any image featuring a minor, whether depicting explicit sexual organs or involving implicitly suggestive poses or expressions, is strictly prohibited.

   • The distribution of videos involving minors in a sexual context is forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, real-life recordings of sexual acts, edited pornographic clips, or animated content depicting minors in a sexual manner.

   • Written content that describes sexual acts involving minors, or details locations and methods of such activities, is strictly forbidden. This prohibition applies to all forms of expression, including fictional stories, personal anecdotes, or artistic narratives. Any content of a sexual nature involving minors is grounds for immediate and severe action.

2. Violence and Abuse:

   • Publishing any content (images, videos, or text) that depicts or describes violence, abuse, or neglect of minors—such as physical assault, corporal punishment, starvation, or confinement—is strictly prohibited.

   • Promoting or encouraging violence against minors, including sharing or advocating for violent disciplinary methods, is forbidden. Any verified content of this nature will result in severe penalties, including account termination and reporting to relevant authorities.

3. Disclosure of Minors' Sensitive and Confidential Information:

   • Divulging a minor's personally identifiable information (PII) is absolutely forbidden. This includes, but is not limited to, their full name, national identification number, school name, class information, home address, or phone number, whether disclosed directly or indirectly through hints, puzzles, or phonetic spellings.

4. Inducing Minors to Use the Application:

   • Any user activity aimed at encouraging or inducing minors to register for and use AirHug is prohibited. This includes promoting methods to bypass our age verification measures.

   • Sharing "registration tutorials" or "user guides" targeted at minors is not allowed. We will actively monitor for such inducement behaviors, and perpetrators will face strict penalties, including account and/or device bans.

III. Penalties and Reporting System

1. Penalty Mechanism: Users who post prohibited content involving minors will face penalties based on the severity of the violation. Minor infractions may result in a warning and mandatory removal of the content. Severe violations, particularly those involving sexual or violent content, will lead to an immediate and permanent account ban. BOLANGX LLC reserves the right to adjust penalties as necessary to protect minors and maintain a safe platform.

2. Reporting Mechanism: AirHug features an in-app reporting tool. Users can submit a report by stating the reason and uploading relevant evidence. Our team will promptly review all reports and provide feedback in a timely manner.
