Responsibilities:
Develop and manage financial models, budgets, and forecasts.
Oversee all accounting operations, including Billing, A/R, A/P, and GL.
Prepare and publish timely monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
Analyze financial data and provide strategic recommendations to senior management.
Manage cash flow and ensure the company has the capital to meet its obligations.
Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
Qualifications:
5+ years of experience in finance or accounting, preferably in a startup or tech environment.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field (CPA or CFA is a plus).
Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial regulations, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial modeling and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero).
Excellent analytical, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and build processes from scratch.
Strong communication skills and ability to present financial information clearly.
